Oh hey there good lookin'!

I'm Lisa Douglas,

and I'm a love + lifestyle photographer born, raised & living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I love to travel, am a music fanatic, an animal lover, 'The Office' & 'Schitt's Creek' mega-fan and a true crime podcast obsessed woman. I've been married to my amazingly supportive husband for over 4 years now, and we have an adorable little min pin pup named Loki (who runs the show, let's be honest).

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to photography. Growing up, I was always surrounded by photo albums, cameras, and family members taking photos. Once I was old enough, having a camera in my hands felt so natural to me and I instantly became hooked! Fast forward a decade or two - I'll let you be the judge of that! ;) - and here we are!

As I continue to grow as a love + lifestyle photographer, I fall in love over and over again with the moments I capture. I love all types of photography, but capturing love in its' endless types of forms, shapes & sizes is what I treasure most. A close second would be capturing pets and wildlife. I mean, who doesn't love scrolling through adorable dog photos?!

I absolutely love each and every step of the process; from interacting and planning dream sessions and days with my clients, to providing each of them with memories they can keep forever (and every single step in between!). I always strive to capture all of the moments in every single shoot I do because those little looks and giggles in between the posed photos are what truly create the most real and raw photographs.
